Welcome
to the first level requirements
This level will last approximately eight weeks. All of the
requirements are listed but will only be linked at predetermined
intervals. This is designed to allow you time to learn each new
skill and develop a proper foundation as well as ensure us that
you are learning correctly and not randomly jumping from one thing
to the next. Our goal is to present a program which mirrors instructions
provided at our schools.
