Welcome to the Orange level requirements
The
Orange Belt Level introduces you to the first two men form in
our system, "Liu Jia Dui Quan (Liu family partner set)".
Two men or partner forms are pre-arranged fighting routines which
are unique to Chinese Martial Arts.
Liu Jia teaches rapid and varied hand techniques along with various
kicks. This form develops quick reflexes, builds fighting strategy
and develops great speed. *
In addition to the partner form; intermediate level kicks, the
first eagle claw partner locking set, and additional Qin Na and
self defense techniques are also learned.
Three months of training are required to complete this level.
*Finding a partner to train with at this point is not only essential
but it will make your practice more interesting.
