Welcome to the Green level requirements
The Green Belt will take you through your first year of training. From here on, the training will get more challenging with each level and the quality of your earlier training will be put to the test.

At this point, your leg strength, your flexibility and endurance should be considerable. Your practice now should be more intensive and of longer duration.

In this level you will begin to learn some advanced kicks, more combinations, QIn Na and self defense techniques. You will also learn your first Mizong Luo Han empty hand form "Chang Quan - Long Fist".

This level requires four months of training to complete.
