Welcome to the Gold level requirements Each
level can be viewed as a stepping stone to higher knowledge and
skill. In the Gold Belt Level you will learn other basic kicks
and combinations, continue to build up your knowledge of Qin Na
techniques, start learning some break-falls, expand your self
defense skills, and learn the form "Gong Li Quan - Power
Training Fist".
As the name implies, Gong Li Quan teaches the proper development
of power in your techniques. Correct application of power is essential
to rendering your kung fu techniques effective.
Three months of training are required to complete this level.
