Welcome to the Blue level requirements
This level represents another stepping stone. You will be learning your first weapon form, the Chinese broadsword.

Practicing weapons will add new challenges and provide variety in your training. "In many martial arts systems, weapons are learned only at advanced levels if at all"


Besides the broadsword, you will learn other advanced kicking techniques, your throwing and breakfalling should now be a more regular part of your practice sessions, and you'll learn more of both. Another Eagle Claw locking set is also introduced as well as more Qin Na and knife defense techniques.

This level will take four months of training to complete.
