Eagle Claw
Opening
The techniques of Eagle Claw system come from the movements of the eagle: powerful claws, fast eyes, smooth movements and lightning fast techniques. This is an example of the opening of the Eagle Claw form.

Black Belt Form This advanced form incorporates fantastic foot work and lighting fast techniques that seem to change direction at will as they attack and defend all at once. This is a small example of a form you will learn called Jie Quan "Quick Fist".
